Incumbent is the Management Assistant and works directly for the Counselor for Management Affairs. S/he is the main point of contact between the MGT section for customers and other ICASS service providers. Incumbent provides customer education, manages expectations, and monitors customer response for all management services, often coordinating projects among them, tasking out assignments, and follow-up on completion.


  • Minimum of three full years of progressively responsible administrative experience in government services, customer service, office administration, logistics or business administration.
  • College or university studies (at least two years of College required) in business administration, commerce, management studies, and/or economics.


  • English (Fluent) *This will be tested*
  • French (Fluent)
  • Creole  (Fluent)
