Working in the General Services Office (GSO), the Motor Pool Supervisor oversees all 75 employees in the Motor Pool unit, directly supervising 1 deputy manager, 1 admin clerk, 1 sub cashier, 3 dispatchers, 1 automotive repair supervisor, 1 Smith trainer and 1 DriveCam coordinator. The supervisor plans, directs, and monitors the use and maintenance of motor vehicles and the training and assignment of chauffeurs to provide efficient and safe transportation to post personnel and official visitors. EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of three years of experience in vehicle fleet management, PLUS at least one year in a supervisory role is required.
- A minimum of two years of college or university studies is required.
LANGUAGE:
- English (Good working knowledge) * This may be tested*
- French (Good working knowledge)
- Creole (Good working knowledge)
